Solutions

What we build for manufacturing.

Industrial IoT & telemetry

Sensor ingestion from PLCs, SCADA and edge gateways - normalised, time-series stored and made queryable without touching control systems.

  • OPC UA · MQTT · Modbus ingestion
  • Edge buffering & store-forward
  • Time-series storage at scale

MES & ERP integration

Connect shop-floor execution to the enterprise stack - work orders down, production confirmations up, with reconciliation you can audit.

  • ISA-95 aligned integration
  • SAP / Oracle work order flows
  • Genealogy & traceability records

Predictive maintenance

Condition monitoring and failure prediction built on real machine history - prioritised by cost of downtime rather than model accuracy alone.

  • Vibration & thermal signal models
  • Remaining useful life estimation
  • Maintenance workflow integration

Quality & compliance

Statistical process control, defect capture and electronic batch records with the traceability that audits and recalls demand.

  • SPC & control charting
  • Electronic batch records
  • Full lot & serial genealogy

OEE & production analytics

Availability, performance and quality measured from machine truth rather than manual logs - with drill-down to the shift and the asset.

  • Real-time OEE calculation
  • Downtime reason capture
  • Shift & asset-level drill-down

OT security & segmentation

Purdue-model segmentation, unidirectional data flow and asset inventory - visibility into the OT network without exposing it.

  • Purdue / IEC 62443 segmentation
  • Read-only OT data diodes
  • OT asset inventory & monitoring
How we engage

From pilot line to every plant.

01

Walk the line

Understand the process, the control systems and the constraints. What can be touched, what cannot, and what stops production if it fails.

02

Architect OT-safe

Reference architecture aligned to ISA-95 and IEC 62443 - read-only paths from control systems, segmentation, and no new attack surface.

03

Build & integrate

Senior industrial engineers deliver telemetry, MES integration and analytics - connected to the ERP without disturbing the control layer.

04

Roll out plant by plant

Prove on one line, then template across sites. Every plant differs, so we build for variation rather than assuming uniformity.

Outcomes

What clients measure afterwards.

-17% unplanned downtime

Condition monitoring surfacing failures before they stop the line.

+7pt OEE improvement

Measured from machine data, with losses attributed to real causes.

Hours to minutes

Traceability queries for recall and audit that once took a day.

No new OT exposure

Data flows out; control stays isolated behind segmentation.

Why SyncTrix

Domain depth, not a learning curve.

Engineers who respect the control layer

We have worked in plants where a mistake stops production. Our default is read-only from OT, segmented, with no path back into control.

Integration without replacement

Your MES, historian and ERP stay. We build the layer that connects them and makes their data usable, rather than proposing a rip and replace.

Built for plant variation

No two sites are identical. We template what is common and parameterise what differs, so rollout does not restart at every plant.

Outcome measured on the line

Success is downtime, OEE and scrap - measured from machine data. Dashboards that nobody on the floor trusts are not a delivered outcome.

FAQ

Manufacturing delivery, answered.

The questions plant directors, COOs and IT leaders ask us most often before connecting the shop floor.

  • Our default architecture is read-only from the OT network, with segmentation aligned to the Purdue model and IEC 62443. Data flows outward to the analytics layer; nothing flows back into control. Where a customer requires stronger separation we use unidirectional gateways. We do not write to PLCs, and any change touching the control layer goes through your existing plant change management rather than ours.
