Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data SyncTrix collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

SyncTrix is a brand of Digileaf Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India under Corporate Identity Number U63999TS2023PTC175586. Digileaf Technologies Private Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

For any question about this policy or about how your data is handled, contact us at [email protected]. We treat privacy queries as a priority and aim to respond within five working days.

Where we deliver engineering services to a client, that client is usually the controller of any personal data within their systems and we act as a processor on their instructions under a separate agreement. This policy covers our own website and business contacts, not data we process on behalf of clients.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and operate the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not buy contact lists.

  • To provide and support services under a contract with you or your organisation.
  • To send transactional email you have asked for, such as an acknowledgement of your enquiry.
  • To understand aggregate site usage so we can improve our content and structure.
  • To protect the site against abuse, fraud and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic and a Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising. Both set cookies and may process your IP address and interactions with the site. Both are loaded from our website pages and are subject to the providers' own terms.

Strictly necessary cookies are used to operate the site and cannot be disabled. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or to contact us.

Our conversion tracking records that an enquiry was submitted and which page it came from. It does not transmit the contents of your message to advertising providers.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as far as they need it. Our current processors for website data are:

  • We may disclose data where required by law, court order or a valid request from a public authority.
  • We may disclose data to professional advisers, or to a buyer or successor in the event of a reorganisation, merger or sale.
  • We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

You can ask us which safeguards apply to a particular transfer by contacting us at the address below.

Please tell us which right you wish to exercise so we can respond properly. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request.

We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to your request, and in any event without undue delay. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority. In India this is the Data Protection Board of India; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EEA, the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

11. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect personal data, and we restrict access to those who need it for their role. No system is completely secure, so we also plan for incidents: we investigate suspected breaches promptly and notify affected people and regulators where the law requires it.

Our security practices are described in more detail on our security page.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to tell you rather than relying on the updated date alone.
