SaaS platforms engineered to compound, not collapse.
SyncTrix is a SaaS platform development company building multi-tenant SaaS apps and B2B SaaS products - subscription and metered billing, workflow automation and enterprise-grade identity, designed to scale from first tenant to first 10,000.
- Multi-tenantIsolation designed in first
- HAHigh-availability tenant design
- Trunk-basedFlagged, multi-daily releases
- <6moTime to first revenue
Six pillars that every SaaS needs to ship.
The platform primitives we engineer in parallel from week one - so your roadmap stops paying tenancy, billing and identity tax on every feature.
Multi-tenant architecture
Shared, hybrid and silo tenancy models with row-level isolation, per-tenant encryption keys and noisy-neighbour controls.
Billing & subscriptions
Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly and metered billing pipelines with proration, dunning, tax automation and revenue recognition.
Identity & access
SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, organisation hierarchies, audit trails and just-in-time access.
Workflow automation
Visual builders, rule engines, scheduled jobs, approval chains and event-driven automations across tenant data.
Integration platform
Public APIs, webhook fan-out, marketplace connectors, partner OAuth and embedded iPaaS for low-code consumers.
Admin & ops consoles
Per-tenant operator dashboards, feature flagging, impersonation, support tooling and product analytics out of the box.
Architect. Engineer. Onboard. Scale.
A four-stage loop that runs every SaaS engagement. Platform primitives in week one. Pilot tenants by quarter end. Self-serve GA before the renewal cycle.
- 01
Architect the platform
Tenancy model, data isolation strategy, identity model and pricing primitives - decided in weeks, not quarters.
Platform blueprint - 02
Engineer the core
Senior pods build identity, billing, workflow and admin foundations in parallel against a shared platform roadmap.
Core platform v1 - 03
Onboard & harden
Pilot tenants onboard with white-glove flows; we instrument SLOs, run chaos drills and harden the admin surface.
Pilot tenants live - 04
Scale & monetise
Self-serve signup, pricing experiments, partner marketplaces and managed live-ops to grow ARR per tenant.
Self-serve GA
Platforms that moved the revenue line.
These are the targets we engineer to on every engagement.
- 12xRelease velocity
A vertical SaaS rebuilt around trunk-based delivery and per-tenant feature flags - from monthly to multi-daily releases.
- +38%Net-revenue retention
Embedded usage-based billing and in-app upsell loops on a horizontal B2B SaaS platform.
- SOC 2Type II
Audit-ready platform delivered for a Series B SaaS, passed Type II on first attempt with no exceptions.
- Multi-AZActive-active design
Multi-region active-active deployment patterns for regulated US and EU workloads.
Boring tools. Senior choices.
Platform engineering rewards boring, well-instrumented tools. We pick what your team can run on call at 3am - not what trends on launch week.

Built for the SaaS shapes that scale.
Four SaaS archetypes we ship into most often - each with its own tenancy, billing and compliance shape.
Vertical SaaS
Industry-specific platforms for healthcare, fintech, logistics and field services with deep workflow IP.
Horizontal B2B SaaS
HR, finance, ops and developer-facing SaaS that ship into hundreds of mid-market and enterprise tenants.
Marketplaces & networks
Two-sided platforms with KYC, escrow, partner billing and connected accounts for transacting users.
Embedded & API-first
Headless platforms that expose products as APIs - billing, identity, KYC or data products embedded in other SaaS.
Platform engineering, owned end-to-end.
One senior pod owns architecture, identity, billing and SRE - no handoffs between phases, no finger pointing at the platform layer.
Platform-first, not feature-first
We invest in identity, billing and tenancy before features - so every later release compounds instead of fighting the floor.
Audit-ready by default
SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA controls are wired into the platform from day one - encryption, audit logs, access reviews.
Multi-region from the start
Data residency, regional failover and tenant pinning are baked in - so EMEA and US enterprise sales never stall on infra.
Senior pods, owned outcomes
A platform architect, billing engineer, identity engineer and SRE in one pod - no handoffs between phases.
SyncTrix took a single-tenant Rails app and rebuilt it as a real multi-tenant platform in five months - SSO, metered billing, SOC 2 controls and all. Our enterprise pipeline moved from blocked to closed in the same quarter.
Straight answers, no sales talk.
The questions that come up on most first calls. If yours is not here, ask us directly - we will write back the same week.
Both. About half our SaaS engagements start from a marketing site and a Notion brief - we ship a usable v1 in 12 to 16 weeks. The other half is platform re-architecture: extracting identity, billing or tenancy out of a monolith without freezing your roadmap.
We default to a hybrid model - shared application tier, row-level isolation via Postgres RLS or per-tenant schemas, and dedicated keys per tenant for encryption. Regulated tenants can be promoted to silo deployments with the same code path.
Yes. Senior billing engineers in every pod work on Stripe, Chargebee or Recurly, usage metering pipelines, proration, dunning, tax (Avalara, TaxJar) and revenue recognition (Stripe RevRec, Sage Intacct). We treat pricing as a product surface, not a settings page.
Our platforms are designed against SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 controls from day one - audit logging, access reviews, change management, vendor management and incident response are wired into the platform. We collaborate with Drata, Vanta or Secureframe as your compliance backbone.
Every engagement includes a 90-day live-ops window - SLO reviews, on-call shadowing, release-train management and tenant onboarding playbooks. Most clients extend into a long-term managed platform partnership with the same senior pod.
Got a SaaS platform that needs a senior partner? We'd love to hear about it.
Most engagements start with a 30-minute scoping call. You leave with a clear platform architecture point of view and a delivery shape - even if we are not the right partner.
