Our smallest engagement is a 6-week senior pod for a defined outcome (e.g. a re-platform spike, a migration plan, or an MVP). Our largest is a multi-year platform program with 30+ engineers across several pods.
Yes. Most engagements embed alongside an in-house team. We share roadmaps, attend your standups, contribute to your repos and follow your review and release gates.
Every pod inherits a baseline of SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA-ready controls - threat modelling, secrets management, audit logs, IaC and review gates - so audit evidence is generated as part of normal delivery.
We default to monthly fixed-fee pods. Each pod has a known composition (eng, design, PM, QA) and a clear scope. You can scale up, scale down or pause - no long lock-ins, no surprise change requests.
