Quotes are per user, per month, in INR, on the one-year commitment and excluding GST - so you can compare them directly against workspace.google.com/pricing or any other reseller. Monthly-flexible billing is available and runs about 16% higher. GST at 18% is added at checkout. Every figure is confirmed in writing before you commit, and we tell you what it renews at rather than discounting the first year only.
The licence is the easy part. Running it well is the work.
Anyone can sell you a seat. What costs a business real money is a botched migration, mail landing in spam because DMARC was never set, and nobody to call when something breaks.
Migration, done properly
Mail, calendars, contacts and Drive moved from your existing provider with a cutover plan, a rollback path and no lost mail. We have run this against Microsoft 365, cPanel, Zoho and self-hosted Postfix.
Security configured, not defaulted
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set to enforce, 2FA rollout, admin role separation, retention and sharing policy. The defaults are permissive and most resellers leave them that way.
Support from engineers
A named engineer who knows your setup, not a ticket queue. We hold the Google partner escalation path for issues that need Google itself.
Ongoing admin
Joiners, leavers, group and alias changes, licence right-sizing each quarter so you stop paying for seats nobody uses.
Managed service is quoted per user against your seat count and environment - it is not a fixed list price, because a 12-person office and a 200-person company with three domains are not the same job. Tell us your seat count and we will quote it.
GCP is metered, so we quote it honestly.
Workspace is per seat, so a quote against your headcount is a real number. Cloud is not - it is billed on consumption, and a fixed price on this page would be a number we made up.
Billed on what you use
GCP is consumption-based - compute, storage, network and managed services are metered. There is no honest per-seat number to publish, and any reseller showing you one is showing you a guess.
Committed use brings it down
One and three-year committed use discounts materially reduce steady-state compute cost. Getting the commitment right needs a look at real usage first, which is what the assessment is for.
Billing account under our partner ID
You keep full ownership and console access. We handle billing, budget alerts and monthly cost review, and you get one INR invoice instead of a USD card charge.
We build self-hosted mail too. Most teams should still take Workspace.
We sell both, so we have no reason to steer you. Here is how we actually advise it.
